Golden 25 Women: Sonali Prasad - Youth Olympics Reporter from India

(ATR) Journalist Sonali Prasad is one of the legacies of the 2010 Youth Olympic Games in Singapore. She is the latest entry for the Around the Rings Golden 25 for Women, presented by Ernst & Young.

(ATR) As a student three years ago, Sonali Prasad was tapped to join the first group of young reporters for the first-ever Youth Olympic Games in Singapore in 2010.

A Delhi native, she moved to Singapore in 2008 to earn her university degree.

She was a member of the young reporter team covering the 2012 Winter Youth Olympics in Innsbruck.

Prasad’s YOG experience led her to receive a six-week internship at the 2012 London Games with Press Association.

She is now a member of the IOC Press Commission, the first Young Reporter member of the panel.

Prasad lists tennis and squash as favorite sports.
