Glideslope expands leadership with two executive additions

New York City, NY - Approaching its fifth anniversary, GlideSlopeexcitedly announces the addition of two highly accomplished industryveterans to their ranks. Former Boston Consulting Group and ESPNveteran Tori Stevens joins sports marketing expert Rod Davis at theNew York-based management advisory group.

"Emerging from our start-up phase, we clearly needed to bolster ourofferings by adding more senior leaders to help manage our growth,"said Dave Mingey, Founding Partner and President at GlideSlope.

Stevens joined GlideSlope as Chief Strategist. She is responsible foroverseeing all strategy development and execution for the firm’sclients. Having spent nearly 15 years at ESPN in global eventmanagement, content strategy and brand development, Stevens waswidely praised as a pivotal player in the global expansion of ESPN’sX Games franchise. Prior to ESPN, she worked as a strategyconsultant at the Boston Consulting Group with a focus on consumergoods.Stevens earned an undergraduate degree from DartmouthCollege and an M.B.A. from Columbia University.

As GlideSlope’s Head of Client Development, Davis will quarterbackthe company’s growth and business development initiatives. For thepast decade he has served as an independent consultant for sports teams, governing bodies, properties and sponsors. His client rosterincluded the NCAA, Notre Dame, Dow, Visa, Trek Bikes, USASwimming, USA Gymnastics and USA Track & Field. Prior to this,Rod was the Chief Marketing Officer at both USA Swimming and USAGymnastics. Davis is a graduate of Ball State University, where heplayed quarterback for the Cardinals.
