The city of Sal in Cape Verde , is preparing to host the 8th edition of the Africa International Sport s Convention (CISA ) from 1 to 3 May 2014 .
After Senegal ( 2 times) , Nigeria, South Africa , Morocco and Mali , it is the turn of the beautiful island of Cape Verde to host this unique and major event in the African sports calendar, organized by JAPPO ( www.jappo.net ) .
Small island of 216 km2 and the oldest of ten islands that make up the country, Sal is a paradise for surfers and lovers of beautiful beaches. Sal proudly displays its tourist vocation that does not contradict the legendary warmth of Cape Verdeans . Cape Verde is situated 640 km west of Senegal in the Atlantic Ocean only an hour flight from Dakar and less than 3 hours from Europe .
The 4-star Crioula Hotel will play host for the Conference which focus this year on two central themes:
