Georgian National Olympic Committee Confirm 45 Millbank as Olympic House'

The National Olympic Committee of Georgia have confirmed London venue 45 Millbank (www.45millbank.com) as their base for the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Georgian NOC President Gia Natsvlishvili confirmed the 21 day hire at a signing ceremony held at the venue on 2nd March.

Natsvlishvili is delighted to have secured such a well located site, ’45 Millbank provides an ideal base for the Georgian Olympic family and we are very much looking forward to making the 2012 Games a special month for Georgian sport and culture’.

The NOC will be working with The Concerto Group on their Olympic programme. Concerto 2012 Project Director, Dominique Gill, who secured the venue, commented ‘ following our success with other nations, we are thrilled to be working with the Georgian NOC on this very exciting project and look forward to ensuring that the 2012 Games are a huge success for all their stakeholders.’

45 Millbank Director Hamish Clifton is equally pleased with the deal ‘ 45 Millbank is a wonderful venue for all types of event and we are delighted to be working with Concerto and the Georgian NOC during 2012’.
