FILMMASTER EVENTS MADE OFFICIAL SUPPLIER & PROVIDER OF EXPO MILANO 2015

Milan 9.16.2014 - Filmmaster Events has made a successful bid to Expo Milano 2015 for design, creation and coordination of events and activities promoting the Universal Exposition, thus becoming Official Supplier & Provider to this world-level show expected to attract over 20 million visitors.

The contract signed in July 2014 will last 10 months and officially end on 30 April 2015. This agreement includes all institutional and promotional communications activities such as ceremonies, cultural events, trade shows, exhibitions, promotions, live performances, meetings, conventions and road shows.

The aim of these events is to publicise Expo Milano 2015 focussing on its theme Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life. The events are intended for the general public, public administrations, private agencies, associations, sponsors and opinion leaders.

The agreement provides for conception and production of over 100 events. Numerous events will involving both the participating Countries and Expo 2015's partner companies. As Official Supplier & Provider to Expo Milano 2015, Filmmaster Events will be responsible for strategic planning, conception, production and logistics, and production of promotional materials, audio-visual media and digital tools.

Filmmaster Events, known as one of the leading companies at world level for production of major events like the London 2012 Flag Handover, the Torino 2006 Olympic Cerimonies, the UEFA EURO 2012 Ceremonies, the Juventus Stadium Opening Ceremony in 2011, will produce the Rio 2016 Olympic Ceremonies and all the most important related events.

Numerous events have already been produced by Filmmaster Events for the 2015 event, including the creation, working with the Expo 2015 company, of a specific format to provide exposure for the Universal Exposition during the six months of Italian EU Presidency. Filmmaster Events is also handling the creative side and production of workshops between the top Expo 2015 management and Countries with their own pavilions, for discussions on the progress of the work.
