Dollamur Sport Surfaces (Dollamur) – the world’s leading manufacturer and distributor of high-performance sports flooring for wrestling, martial arts, mixed martial arts, CrossFit, gymnastics, cheerleading and yoga – today announces it will supply mats to the 2015 Pan American (Pan Am) Games in Toronto, Canada July 10-26.

Established in 1951, the Pan Am Games are the world’s third largest international multi-sport games, only surpassed by the Olympic Summer Games and Asian Games. The last time the Canadian province of Ontario hosted an international multi-sport event was the British Empire Games in 1930.

In a few months, the event will draw over 7,000 athletes from across the Americas and Caribbean to compete in 36 sports, including baseball, basketball, gymnastics, judo, soccer and wrestling.

"As the Pan Am Games mat supplier, Dollamur continues to assert itself as a key player in international sporting events," says Don Ochsenreiter, President and CEO of Dollamur. "We look forward to watching elite athletes compete on one of the world’s biggest stages on the safest and highest-quality mats in the industry."

Proudly manufactured in the USA since 1996, Dollamur produces over 6.3 million square feet of high performance sports mats per year.

Dollamur high performance mats feature Flexi-Connect® patented technology, a flagship design unique to Dollamur, enabling Pan Am Game’s personnel to install them in record time. This revolutionary product saves tournaments thousands of dollars in annual tape replacement.

The organization has official partnerships with USA Wrestling, USA Judo, the Atlantic Coast Conference and North American Grappling Association, among others. It supplies mats to 130-plus UFC Gyms across the U.S. and more than 300 sports events annually, including the CrossFit Games.
