Dollamur Sport Surfaces (Dollamur) – the world's leading manufacturer of high-performance sports flooring for martial arts, mixed martial arts, wrestling, gymnastics, cheerleading and yoga – today announces it will launch its #MatMoment Contest on April 1, 2016 to support U.S. Judo Olympian Marti Malloy's pursuit of an Olympic gold medal and celebrate the brand's 20th anniversary.

Social media users are asked a simple question: "What is Your #MatMoment?" This memory could be winning a competition, training for a big event, or something as simple as a daily exercise. For example, Malloy's #MatMoment was winning a bronze medal at the 2012 Olympics in London.

"I am excited to have Dollamur's support as I train for Rio and hope to achieve my dream of winning a gold medal," says Malloy, a native of Whidbey Island, Wash. "Dollamur's high-quality, durable and safe mats provide me with the peace-of-mind to push myself to the next level."

To kick off its anniversary contest, Dollamur is offering a grand prize trip to San Jose, Calif., which includes a meet-and-greet with Malloy, tickets to watch a training session and $500 in spending money. Additional weekly prizes, such as product giveaways and gift cards, will be awarded to contestants based on originality and impact of message. A panel of judges will utilize this criterion to determine winners.

To be considered, below are two easy ways to enter:

1) Visit "Dollamur Sport Surfaces" on Facebook and post a caption with #MatMoment #Contest that describes, "What is Your #MatMoment?"

2) Follow @Dollamur on Twitter and post a caption with #MatMoment #Contest that describes, "What is Your #MatMoment?"

The contest begins at 12 p.m. CDT on April 1, 2016 and ends at 12 p.m. CDT on May 31, 2016. Full details can be found HERE.

"We are thrilled to support Marti's goal of winning gold at the Olympics and firmly believe this contest will help raise awareness for her as she prepares for Rio," says Dave Rossi, Senior Vice President at Dollamur. "Dollamur’s 20th anniversary celebration is an opportunity for our company to inspire the next generation of athletes, give back to local communities and thank loyal customers from the past two decades."

A member of Dollamur’s Athlete Advisory Council, Malloy is currently ranked No. 1 in the U.S. and No. 4 in the world in her weight class (-57 kg). She will visit Dollamur’s company headquarters on Monday, April 11 to meet with customers and employees.

To follow Marti’s journey to Rio, visit her Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
