We are delighted to announce that the Disney Institute’s Alice Edinger, Senior Account Manager, Disney Institute – Asia Pacific and Wing Tan Senior Facilitator, Disney Institute – Asia Pacific, will be giving the Closing Keynote at Stadia & Arena Asia Pacific 2015. This will mark the second time Disney has participated in the event, having given a hugely successful Opening Keynote at our 2013 event. It is sure to finish the conference in style!

Edinger will also join the panel session on Fan Engagement, where industry experts will present their ideas and inspiration on how to give your supporters more ‘bang for their buck’, increase fan loyalty and enhance the game day experience in order to create lasting and memorable moments.

Edinger and Tan join the now more than 50 industry-elite speakers confirmed to participate at next month’s Stadia & Arena Asia Pacific 2015 event, which will cover all aspects of sport venue design, build, management, operation, fit-out and technology.

The long-standing reputation Disney Theme Parks and Resorts has for incredible service and friendly employees is not magic, it is sound ideology, consistently applied in business. The Disney Institute’s program teaches the importance of understanding that fans are your guests and the interactions they have with your stadium employees and third-party vendors will impact the overall fan experience, which will have a significant impact on their intent to return to the stadium.

An exceptional fan experience is a direct result of employees delivering a high standard of quality service, which Disney has prided itself on for many years.
