"Dakar will host the 7th edition of CISA from 3 to 5 May 2013," said CISA.

"The lack of progress of the city of Ouagadougou has prompted us to move CISA to Dakar. CISA is now the largest sports convention in Africa, offering a unique opportunity for sports leaders and sports organizations to meet and exchange on the development of sport in Africa."

Expectations are soaring with each event and the World Sports Congress provides the opportunity for countries to come together in one of the world’s most current sporting hubs, London, and discuss the challenges they face surrounding infrastructure developments," organizer International Research Networks tells ATR.

"The agenda has been carefully consolidated through many discussions with senior-level decision makers in the sporting industry and promises to discuss in detail every aspect of sporting infrastructure from the financing, budget management and planning to the design and construction stages. It will also place emphasis on business opportunities in regions where the largest sporting events are due to take place. It is the leading sporting infrastructure event to attend in 2013 due to its unrivalled high-quality agenda and most credible speaking line-up."
