China Leads Youth Olympic Games Medal Count

(ATR) China pushes Russia out of the top spot in the Youth Olympic Games medal count as of the end of competiton Wednesday.

China Leads Youth Olympic Games Medal Count

China has pushed Russia out of the top spot in the Youth Olympic Games medal count. China has 17 total medals, with 10 gold after four days of competition at the inaugural Youth Olympic Games in Singapore.

Russia is in second with 17 total medals and nine gold, and South Korea is third with seven total medals and five gold.

Host nation Singapore has two bronze and one silver.
