Chicago
• Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the U.S. State Department oversee immigration laws and procedures
• Olympic Leader Travel Program speeds up the visa, customs and immigration process for Olympic and Paralympic leaders traveling to or through the United States.
• No health or vaccination requirements

Madrid
• Immigration and entry visa regulations differ for European Union (EU) and other nationals
• Spanish Government will guarantee the entrance of Olympic accredited people
• No health or vaccination requirements
• Information for amateur sports produced by the media in Spain is not restricted.
Rio de Janeiro
• Immigration and regulations established by the Federal Government and complemented by the National Council of Immigration. Federal Ministry of External Relations responsible for oversight and management of immigration in Brazil.
• Ministry of External Relations will work with Rio 2016 to support all customs and immigration arrangements. Will apply amended policies and procedures to speed entry and exit arrangements for international visitors to Brazil, if needed
• No health or vaccination requirements
• Media material is not restricted
Tokyo
• The National Government of Japan will oversee immigration and entry laws.
• TOCOG will work with all relevant authorities to ensure swift and efficient entry procedures
• No specific health or vaccination requirements; quarantine officers inspect the state of health of everyone entering the country
• Media material not restricted or regulated
