Just over a year ago, senior members of the LOCOG Venues and Infrastructure department of London 2012 established Trivandi, a consultancy that provides strategic advice, project management and assurance services on major projects in the sport, event and leisure sectors.

Since then Trivandi, co-founded by James Bulley, Paul May and Jonathan Branson have secured consultancy assignments on many prestigious major projects, including the Glasgow 2014 Commonwealth Games, the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park in East London and Queens Park Rangers’ planned new stadium. Further afield, the team has been working on projects for the International Olympic Committee and the FIFA World Cup in Qatar.

James Bulley OBE, Chief Executive said. "There is no doubt the magic dust of the London 2012 Games is a brilliant ongoing legacy for British business. Clients around the world want to engage the people behind London’s success story."

Trivandi have pulled together former London 2012 staff to respond to that demand and now advise clients on venue delivery, procurement, programme management, safety and operations. London 2012’s excellent safety record has also enabled Trivandi to share that knowledge and help clients become exemplars in safety leadership.

"Trivandi has a huge advantage thanks to London 2012," Bulley continues, "through sharing our collective knowledge of delivering a mega project we can advise first-hand on what it takes to deliver success for a client’s project," he said.
