The Olympic Flame will be carried by 113 Torchbearers today, travelling 107.95 through 19 communities, from Stoke-on-Trent to Bolton. Boxer Amir Khan, Unified World Light-Welterweight Champion and Olympic silver medallist, will light the cauldron at the end of its journey at the evening celebration in Queen's Park Playing Fields.

Through the day the Flame will visit Tatton Park, Jodrell Bank Observatory, Ted Gleaves Sports Centre in Widnes and Warrington Town Centre.

Other Torchbearers include TV presenter Kirsty Gallacher, who promotes a scheme that uses sport to improve the lives of young people, and Cameron Foster, 17, from Wigan, who has been fundraising for six years. Cameron was inspired to start his charity work after a serious ski accident helped him realise how difficult it was for those less able to become involved in sport. He raises money for a project that sends volunteers to African countries to teach cricket to children.

Today, Day 13 of the Relay, the Flame will be carried through:

Stoke-on-Trent, Cobridge, Burslem, Middleport, Crewe, Congleton, Macclesfield, Knutsford, Runcorn, Widnes, Warrington, Lowton, Abram, Wigan, Scholes, Ince, Hindley, Westhoughton and Bolton.
