(ATR) In an effort to promote transparency Boston 2024 released its bid documents to the public.
Among the documents released are a copy of the presentation Boston 2024 gave to the United States Olympic Committee on Dec. 16 in Redwood City, California and the current venue plan for the Games.
Around the Rings received the documents on Jan. 21 at a media briefing in Boston.
The bid committee has also posted the documents on its websiteso that citizens can learn more about the bid ahead of upcoming public meetings.
The first of those public meetings will take place on Jan. 21 at the Boston Convention Center.
Mayor Marty Walsh has scheduled nine meetings to discuss the bid throughout 2015, with the first taking place Jan. 27.
