On November 17, the International Rugby Board commenced the first annual World Rugby Conference in Dublin Ireland.

The International Rugby Board, the IRB council, 100 full-member unions,17 associate-member unions, rugby medical officers and physicians and rugby sponsorswere in attendance at the conference.Around the RingsEuropean correspondent Mark Bisson discusses his experience at the conference, the road to Rio 2016 for Rugby Sevens, and his interview with Bernard Lapasset.
