(ATR)Around the Rings will be in Aarhus for the 2017 edition of the SportAccord conference, celebrating 25 years in business.
An #ATR25 champagne reception will take place at theAround the Rings' boothat 4:00 pm on April 6. The City of Paris will help ATR celebrate 25 great years with an eye to the next 25 years.
The SportAccord opening ceremony willtake place at the Musikhuset, thelargest concert hall in Scandinavia. Danish Broadcasting Corporation TV presenter Ulla Essendrop will serve as master of ceremonies.
Guests will have the pleasure of hearing speeches from SportAccord president Francesco Ricci Bitti, IOC president Thomas Bach as well as Aarhus mayor Jacob Bundsgaard during the ceremony.
More than 1,000 organizations and 92 international sports federations are expected to attend the six day convention.
Plenary sessions held on the first two days of the conference will be featured under a program entitled ‘Innovation in Action’.
Day one of the session will start with a keynote address on organization relevancy and lead to open discussions on building sport support, sports innovations and more.
On day two, Tokyo 2020 will host a presentation on their expectations for the next summer games. Following the presentation panel discussions will be held on the latest in technology in sport including social media and virtual reality.
Beyond the plenary sessions delegates will also have the opportunity to attend exhibition sessions featuring organizations such as the International Center for Sports Studies and Dubai Sports Council along with numerous workshops.
As part of SportAccord 2017, the LawAccord conference will be held in conjunction with the event on April 6.
During LawAccord, delegates will hear the latest updates from the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) and the World Doping Anti-Agency (WADA). CAS intends to make an important announcement concerning the "CAS Doping Division following the IOC Doping Symposium recommendations" during the conference as well.
SportsBusiness Group, SportCal, Yutang Sports, Edmonton Events, EventScotland and the Canadian Sports Tourism Alliance have all been named as partners of the event.

The 2017 edition of the conference will take place at Glasgow’s Technology and Innovation Center in Scotland.

The conference intends to focus on how cities and organizers can work together to bid and host sustainable events. Events can range from sports championships, business expos and more.
"Host City is renowned for the highest level of speakers, content and networking. And as the event continues to grow, we ensure that it delivers the best for our large and increasingly diverse community," event director Ben Avison said in a statement.
Host City 2017 will begin Nov. 28 and conclude the following day.
Coliseum Business Summit Goes Global
Coliseum will host multiple business summits throughout 2017 spanning four continents.
Each conference is designed to cover all topics regarding sporting venues including technology, operations, security, environment, design, construction and more.
The summit will feature exclusive presentations as well as interactive panel discussions, venue tours, networking opportunities and exhibition halls.
Coliseum Summit Europe was the first to take place on March 29-30 in Budapest, Hungary.
The next conference in Las Vegas, Nevada will occur on April 19-20.
Miami Marlins Director of Suites Truscott Miller, Fifth Street Gaming CEO Seth Schorr and Tennis Canada Director of Information Technology Costa Kladianos are among some of the speakers.

Participants of the Coliseum Americas conference will have the opportunity to visit the Las Vegas Motor Speedway, T-Mobile Arena and Park Theater.
Coliseum Summit Asia in September will take place in Beijing, the host city of the 2022 Winter Games. The last conference will be held in November in Australia. The city will soon be announced.
