(ATR)This week marked anniversaries for the 1928 Amsterdam, 1948 London and 1984 Los Angeles Olympics.

Sixty-six years ago Tuesday, the 1948 London Olympics kicked off at Wembley Stadium.

Los Angeles opened the Olympics for the second time, 30 years ago on Monday. Amsterdam began hosting the Olympics on July 28, 1928.
