As an international logistics partner of Olympic Committees, sports associations and sports clubs, Conceptum Sport Logistics (www.conceptum-sport-logistics.com) also offers moving pictures with their own broadcasting crew. As of now, the expert for cultural project logistics headquartered near Frankfurt, Germany provides everything that has to do with sports.
"We started out with transporting sports equipment and, by this, earned our trust within the entire sports world. We realised quickly that we can offer additional support for the teams by organising their busy travel schedule. Complementing our service portfolio with a broadcasting team including corresponding transmission equipment was the next logical step." says Conceptum CEO, Sebastian Stahl.
The respective clients receive a HD-enabled outside broadcast van with technical staff. Supervising team captain is Karin Borth, a high-profile media expert. Since more than 20 years she has been supervising sports events on the screen, for example the 2009 Biathlon World Championships in Korea, the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, as well as Champions League games or the German Bundesliga. The first major project for the new broadcasting team will be the UEFA European Under-19 Football Championship (http://de.uefa.com/under19/). The games will be broadcasted live in more than 20 countries; the final game will take place on 15 July in Tallinn, Estonia.
The entire Conceptum broadcasting team will be on site and produce footage for TV channels around the globe. As a partner in international top-level competitive sports, Conceptum is developing into an integral provider of key services in sports. Besides transporting sports equipment Conceptum for example accompanies complete symphonic orchestras on their trips around the world.
