The 2016 ISSF World Cup Series kicks off this week: ISSF TV will produce daily news and 26-minutes summaries of the competitions. The footage is available to broadcasters for international distribution, free of charge.

The 2016 ISSF Wolrd Cup Series kicks off this week in Bangkok, Thailand, where the first Rifle and Pistol World Cup Stage of the season is held from the 1st through the 9th of March.

The ISSF World Cup Series will then move on to Nicosia (CYP) for the first World Cup stage in Shotgun events of the year (17-25 March).

In April (13-25), a combined Rifle, Pistol and Shotgun World Cup will be held in Rio de Janeiro, serving as an Olympic test event for Rio 2016. Munich (GER) and San Marino (SMR) will host the following two stages, respectively in Rifle/Pistol (19-26 May) and Shotgun (1-11 June) events, while another combined stage will seal the 2016 ISSF World Cup Series in Baku (AZE) from June 20th to June 29th.

The two ISSF World Cup Finals, will both take place in Italy: the Rifle/Pistol final in Bologna (4-10 October), and the Shotgun final in Rome (11-16 October).

ISSF TV will produce video footage at each World Cup Stage and World Cup Finals. Video footage will be available both to shooting sport fans (on Youtube, Livestream and Youku), and to international media (via ISSF TV distribution.

TV Distribution information:

During the 2016 World Cup Series, ISSF TV will produce:

- Daily news at each ISSF World Cup stages and ISSF World Cup Finals (competition days);

- 26-minute summary of each ISSF World Cup stage and ISSF World Cup Finals;

- Live broadcast at the 2016 ISSF World Cup Finals in Bologna and Rome.

All videos will include graphics, international sound, and information spreadsheets.

TV footage produced by ISSF TV is available for world-wide distribution. To access and download daily news items and the 26-minute summaries of ISSF competitions, please register on: mediapool.mediadvice.org. The service is free of charge.
