(ATR)City and sports leaders are celebrating one year until the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio this week.
International Paralympic Committee president Phil Craven, Brazilian Paralympic Committee president Andrew Parsons, Rio 2016 president Carlos Nuzman, and Rio Mayor Eduardo Paes attended a Paralympic Festival, Sept. 7-8.
An event at the Olympic Park also celebrated the progress of the Arena Futuro.
