Lausanne, 26 December 2019 - Available for download as of today, the Lausanne 2020 mobile app allows spectators to follow the Games in real time, create their own schedule, participate in the "Live Trivia" and much more. The app is available for free on the Apple Store and Google Play.
It will be an essential tool for spectators during the Games. The Lausanne 2020 mobile app has been designed to provide all necessary information on a single platform for visitors of Lausanne 2020 to optimise their experience during the Games.
The app features real-time broadcast of all the latest information and results. Users will have the possibility to follow competitions live and on replay, to access the competition schedule and that of cultural activities with the possibility of saving their favourites and therefore creating their own agenda for the Games, to access the latest news regarding Lausanne 2020, as well as practical information, photos and much more. The app will also enable users to intuitively establish their itinerary by public transportation to each competition venues through a link redirecting them to the transportation "Guide Me Yodli" app developed by tl, the public transportation company of Lausanne.
The Lausanne 2020 app is also home to the "Live Trivia", a special Lausanne 2020 quizz allowing everyone to take part in the overall ranking of athletes. The winner of this game will receive a free trip to Tokyo 2020 to attend the next Summer Olympic Games!

About Lausanne 2020
The Lausanne 2020 Youth Olympic Games will take place from 9 to 22 January 2020 with 1,880 athletes (15-18 years old) from more than 70 countries. The competitions will take place in the cantons of Vaud (Lausanne, La Vallée de Joux, Leysin, les Diablerets, Villars), Valais (Champéry), Grisons (St. Moritz) and neighbouring France (Les Rousses, Les Tuffes stadium).
