(ATR)The inaugural edition of the European Games is set to open in nearly 100 days.
Spyros Capralos, chairman of the coordination commission for Baku 2015 and president of the Hellenic Olympic Committee, saysthat the city is "on track to host an innovative Games."
The coordination commission for the 2015 European Games met, for the final time, in Baku, Azerbaijan on Feb. 5.
Baku 2015 organizers say some 7,000 athletes from 50 NOCs will compete in 20 sports at the event. The inaugural European Games officially opens on June 12, 2015.
